For more than 20 years we have been successfully working at the field of domestic and abroad investment construction and we have experienced continuous growth. We look for suitable land estate. We develop them in cooperation with local partners and primarily we maintain them. Our competences are expansion, conceptual project preparation, project design, financing, development, lease, center management, technical management and commercial facility-management.

Project preparation

In cooperation with real estate experts, experienced designers and architects and last but not least in cooperation with town and village authorities we develop concepts, designs and we organize building proceedings.

Implementation

Projects are carried out together with local or regional, mostly middle-size construction companies, often with general suppliers, partially also in individual tenders. The business group Saller has available an experienced team of own architects and engineers with large know-how and long-term experience.
